Flu vaccination

Again this year, LIFE offers flue jabs to the Faculty’s staff.

The vaccinations will take place at the following places and times:

 

25 October 2011 at 12:30 to 14:20, Højbakkegard Alle 5, Taastrup. Meeting room in building 8.66

28 October 2011 at 13:00 to 14:35, Grønnegårdsvej 7, Library 1st floor, Frederiksberg

3 November 2011 at 8:00 to 9:05, Rolighedsvej 23, Auditorium A3-21-01, Frederiksberg

9 November 2011 at 11:30 to 13:05, Thorvaldsensvej 40, Auditorium A2-83-01, Frederiksberg

14 November 2011 at 8:30 to 8:45, Nødebovej 77 A, The Guest canteen, Nødebo

Members of staff who are not able to take part in vaccinations at one of the above times, may be vaccinated at Danske Lægers Vaccinationsservice (DLVS) until 15 December 2011.

To be vaccinated at one of DLVS's clinics, the member of staff must present a request form. The request form is available from Camilla Willemoes Dresler, .
