Help wanted for Danish pork sausage event at the Town Hall Square

(Food) students wanted to help secure the survival of the spiced Danish pork sausage called ‘Medisterpølse’ on Wednesday 1 June at 14:00 to 18:00 at the Copenhagen Town Hall Square (‘Rådhuspladsen’)

Over the last two month the humorous back page of the Danish daily Politiken (Politikens bagside ) has focussed on the Danish pork sausage. This campaign will culminate with an event on Wednesday 1 June when two kilometres of free Danish pork sausage will be served at the Copenhagen Town Square.

Chef Claus Meyer, honorary professor at LIFE, will be barbequing the sausage at the town Hall Square and he needs your help to serve the sausage. So come and help secure the survival of the Danish pork sausage ‘Medisterpølse’.

Please write to Mette Rahbek Jensen, , if you would like to help out at the Town Hall Square on 1 June from 14:00 to 18:00. We guarantee that you will get all the pork sausage that you can eat.

Alternatively, if you are not able to help serve the sausage, you may perhaps like to drop by the Town Hall Square to taste the sausage.
