The staff pay round has started!
Members of staff can submit proposals for pay supplements to their trade union representative or through their trade union (if there is no representative). Members of staff covered by rules on management pay or members of staff who are entitled to negotiate pay themselves can submit their own proposals.
Members of staff who are not members of the trade union that has the right to negotiate or who are not members of any trade union, may submit their proposals directly to the wage mail box.
You will find the forms to be used in connection with the pay round in the Danish staff portal, under the headings of ‘HR/ansættelsesforholdet/lønforhandling’. You will also find other useful tools here.
