Danish EU Commissioner Connie Hedegaard talks on EU's role in the climate change negotiations

Connie Hedegaard is EU Commissioner  for Climate and former Danish Minister of Climate and Energy (2007-2009) and Minister of the Environment (2004-2007).  She is is responsible for negotiating climate action on behalf of the EU.
