The Summer Lab Special Food Technologies
The Summer Lab 'Special Food Technologies' is an international, application oriented two week programme for students of Food Technologies, Food Production, Food Sciences or similar food-related study programmes. It combines lectures and seminars with the practical application of state of the art food processing techniques.
Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Osnabrueck University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the renowned German Institute of Food Technologies (www.dil-ev.de) runs this programme for German and international students who would like to seize the opportunity to study and work together with German food professionals.
The Summer Lab takes place from July 8 until July 20, 2012.
