Coffee and croissants before the open meeting at LIFE

On Friday 16 December, there will be an open meeting about the merger in Auditorium 301 (aka A2.81.01). The Management at LIFE would like to invite staff and students to coffee/tea and croissants at 8:20 at the Marmorhallen prior to the open meeting about the merger which starts at 9:00.

 

Open meetings about the merger

 

The deans have invited staff and students to open meetinge the day after the University Board has discussed the possible merger of the "wet" faculties at University of Copenhagen.

 

At the meeting, the deans will brief student/staff about the Board's decision and provide an outline of the departmental structure of the Faculty, etc, and of the future process resulting from the Board's decision. If the Board decides to implement the merger as presented in the two proposed plans for the two new faculties, the forward-looking part of the presentation will primarily focus on the new SCIENCE but will of course also include main elements related to the veterinary area.

 

There will be plenty of time for questions.

 

The meetings will take place on Friday 16 December:

 

LIFE:

At 9:00 – 10:00, Auditorium A2-81.01 (3-01), Thorvaldsensvej 40, 1870 Frederiksberg C

 

SCIENCE:

At 10:30 – 11:30,  Department of Biology, Biocentret, Lundbeckfond Auditoriet, Ole Maaløesvej 5, 2200 København N

 

The meetings will generally consist of the same presentations, and, therefore, you can attend the meeting that suits you best. Moreover, the meetings will be videotaped and can be viewed at KUnet afterwards.
