Department managers in the new SCIENCE Faculty Services
Before Christmas, the Board of the University of Copenhagen will decide if a reorganisation of the so-called "wet faculties” will take place and, as part of that, whether NAT and LIFE - with the exception of the veterinary departments- will be merged. If this takes place, the department managers in Faculty Services (which is called the faculty secretariat at NAT today) will be the following:

Research: Inge Sofie Sørensen
Business and Public Sector Services: Lise Walsted Kristiansen
Campusservice (plan): Lone Zeeberg Nielsen
Campusservice (operations): Henning Overgaard
Management Secretariat: Claus Thomsen
Library: Frede Mørch
Finance and Accounts*: Rasmus Aare Nielsen / Uffe Gammelgaard
Education*: Karen Rønnow / Agnete Vibholt
Communication*: Joakim Groth / Jacob Søby Bang
IT*: Andy Olof Wierød / Morten N. Nielsen
* Note: In the last four departments where two managers are mentioned, the manager mentioned first is the head of the department.
The department managers will be heading the future work to create a new faculty administration that will build on best practice from LIFE and NAT. The objective is to establish a professional and efficient administration characterised by joint processes and procedures and the best services to students and staff.
