The Singapore Statement on Research
In July 2010, the 2nd World Congress on Research Integrity was held in Singapore. One of the main objects of the conference was to develop guidelines and recommendations for promoting integrity in research on a global scale.
The final edition of The Singapore Statement on Research Integrity has now been completed and released and
can be read here.
The final edition consists of 14 main responsibilties for the researcher.
The Singapore Statement on Research Integrity was developed as part of the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity, 21‐24 July 2010, in Singapore, as a global guide to the responsible conduct of research. It is not a regulatory document and does not represent the official policies of the countries and organizations that funded and/or participated in the Conference.
