LIFE's Business Prize to researchers from Department of Food Science
Researchers from Department of Food Science at LIFE in cooperation with the chocolate company Toms Gruppen A/S, Danida and Ghanian researchers have developed a controlled m
ethod to ferment cocoa beans.
The four researchers from LIFE who received LIFE's Business Prize for their contribution were associate professor Dennis S. Nielsen, professor Mogens Jakobsen, professor Lene Jespersen and associate professor Mikael Agerlin Petersen.
