Research funding from the Advanced Technology Foundation to the Department of Food Science

The Danish National Advanced Technology Foundation has granted 2.5 million DKK to a research project on the elimination of male pig smell. The project is lead by Professor Søren Balling Engelsen, research group Quality & Technology, Department of Food Science.
