What does an obligation to take notes involve?

When discussing the examinee’s performance, the external examiner/co-examiner and the examiner must take notes about the performance and the marking at all exams.

 

These should be used when considering possible complaints.

 

The notes must be kept for at least a year and longer if a complaint has been settled.
