Pre-approval of PhD Courses

Information regarding pre-approval of courses

If you want to apply for pre-approval of:

a) a course that takes place outside LIFE

 

b) an MSc course that you want to use as a PhD course

please provide the following information along with a completed F9 form:

• Course description
• Description of the workload for the course (incl preparation, course time and exam/evaluation). 1 (ECTS) credit = 25 hours of work
• If you want to attend a MSc course, please provide justification for why this is necessary
• Remember to have the F9 form signed by you supervisor

LIFE PhD Courses

If you want to sign up for a LIFE PhD course, you do not need to provide a course description and work load description. Please just hand in F9 (if the course is not already on you PhD plan).
