When and how are PhD positions advertised?

BASICS

• PhD positions must always be advertised
• HR is responsible for advertising all positions at LIFE
• The application deadline is 14 days as a minimum after the last published newspaper, journal or online advertisement
• HR can inform you of the deadline for submitting material to various newspapers, journals etc.
• The advertisement must be submitted to HR at least five days before the deadline for submission to newspapers, journals etc.
