World-famous chef Heston Blumenthal visits Faculty of Life Sciences - 21.05.2008

The man behind the English restaurant The Fat Duck, by many people recognized as the world’s best restaurant, Heston Blumenthal, will be visiting the Faculty of Life Sciences on 22 May.

 

As part of the Faculty’s launch of a new Danish-language website on food and health, www.foodofLIFE.dk, Heston Blumenthal will, together with leading international researchers, tell the audience about the perspectives of the latest gastronomy which involves scientists and chefs working together to create healthier, innovative and more tasty food.

 

The prominent speakers, who include food scientists from the Faculty of Life Sciences,  will also give their views on what they think will be the food of the future.
