The Faculty's many councils, boards and committees are listed below.

Advisory Board
The Faculty Management has established an advisory board with 9 members from the business sector, organisations and the media.
The most important purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide the Faculty Management with direct sparring, criticism and advice from important stakeholders in Denmark.
Academic Council
The Academic Council's responsilities are laid down by the Danish Universities Act, and cover both general and more specific issues.
The Academic Council distributes grants, prepares statements about research, education and academic matters and is responsible for establishing assessment committees in relation to appointment to scientific positions, as well as conferring degrees.
Central Management Forum (CLF)
The forum discusses questions of general importance in order to secure coordination between the units and give advice to the Dean and the Faculty Management.
Research and Innovation Strategy Committee
The committee gives advice to the Vice-dean of Research on strategic questions within the fields of reseach and innovation.
Faculty Working Environment Committee
The former Safety Committee.

Credit contact persons
The contact persons generally assess whether the course applied for is at a relevant academic level and whether the course may form part of the student’s study programme.
Directors of Studies
A list of the Directors of Studies at each of the study programmes.
Study Boards
Here you will find a list of the study boards at the Faculty. The study boards are responsible for the organisation, implementation and development of the programmes and teaching that come within the sphere of the study board.
A study board considers applications for dispensation and credits, approves curricula and course descriptions, follows up on evaluations and prepares statements on other matters related to education and teaching that are brought before the study board.
Education Committee
The Education Committee is responsible for giving advice on the organisation, implementation and development of programmes and teaching at a general level.
Coordinators of subjects related to development issues (UFAG)
To ensure better coordination and implementation of activities related to development issues, some of the departments/centres have a special course coordinator.
