Summer School at ISARA-Lyon 2012 - 12.12.2011

Isara-Lyon is a specialized university offering courses in Agriculture, Food Science and Nutrition. Their summer school is open to international undergraduates from June 11 th to July 13, 2012.

 

The ISARA-Lyon summer school is a comprehensive program of French language lessons and basic courses in Agro-ecology in English, excursions, visits and hands-on learning opportunities.

 

Isara-Lyon and its student accomodations are situated within 'the heart of the city', enabling easy access and multiple opportunities to discover different facets of the city.

 

France's strong agrarian tradition together with its appreciation of fine food and wine makes it and ideal destination to learn how French and European agriculture is dealing with the many challenges facing the preservation of natural resources and sustianable food systems.

ECTS: The course is a 9 ECTS course:

6- for satisfying the scientific requirements and 3- for the linguistic/cultural studies over 5 weeks.
