Joint MSc programmes
LIFE - Faculty of Life Sciences offers four Erasmus Mundus MSc programmes and two international MSc programmes in collaboration with European partneruniversities. Furthermore, a new MSc programme will be launched in September 2012 as part of the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC).
Eramus Mundus MSc programmes
LIFE participates in four Erasmus Mundus MSc programmes intitiated and supported by the European Commission to enhance and promote European higher education throughout the world. The four Erasmus Mundus programmes are highly competitive and aim to attract academically outstanding students for high quality European Msc programmes.
Euroleague for Life Sciences network
LIFE participates in an international MSc programme with partners in the Euroleague for Life Sciences network.
Wageningen University, the Netherlands
University of Copenhagen and Wageningen University, the Netherlands, the two top ranking universities in the field of Food Science and Nutrition in Europe, collaborate on developing outstanding international educations in the field of life sciences. Currently, the partnership offers an international specialisation within Sensory Science.
Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC)
The Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC) is a joint project on education and research between the eight Danish universities, the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
The SDC will be launching four MSc programmes in China in September 2012. The University of Copenhagen is the coordinator of one of these programmes:
