CIRIUS
Here you can find relevant material about CIRIUS, the authority within the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, which evaluates Non-Danish university programs and degrees. Here is the agreement that The University of Copenhagen has with CIRIUS and here is CIRIUS' short paper regarding access to the Danish PhD programmes (both documents are in Danish). And here are the CIRIUS application instructions in English.

Here are three examples of a good PhD plan. Please notice that the form used for the PhD plans has recently been updated (and so is different from the one used in the examples). The three examples are meant to provide a helpful indication of the level of detail that we ask for in PhD plans.

How to calculate a weighted average
Use this spreadsheet to calculate you weighted average. It is also possible to combine marks from the old 13 scale and the new 7-point-scale.
