Your application is treated with confidentiality. Only persons directly involved in the recruitment process will know about your application.
The process from A to Z
The recruitment process for academic staff at Danish universities is regulated by a number of rules and is a fairly lengthy procedure.
The process in short is as follows:
- After the deadline for applications we will appoint an assessment committee.
- We will inform you of you the composition of the assessment committee and the deadline for their work.
- After the assessment committee has evaluated your application, you will receive a copy of your assessment.
- We will then invite a number of qualified candidates for a job interview.
- The Head of Department will recommend a candidate for the position, and the Dean will make the final decision.
- All applicants will be informed of the hiring decision.
